Caring for children with autism can be exhausting, both physically and mentally. Often, caregivers take on more than they can handle and end up feeling overwhelmed. In addition, caregivers often end up neglecting important areas of their lives or overlooking the needs of other children in the family.

Exercise is important for everyone, including children who are living with autism. 


Everyone says my nine-year-old daughter is so mature for her age. I don't take it as a compliment. She's grown up so fast because of her severely autistic brother. I feel like she hasn't had much chance to be a kid, but I have to admit I've asked a lot of her.
